1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website (prosperautotec.com), booking diagnostic or repair services, or inquiring about vehicle purchases, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Auto Repair & Diagnostic Services

  Inspection & Estimates: All repairs require an initial diagnostic assessment. We will provide an estimated cost of parts and labor for your approval before commencing work.

  Additional Work: If additional defects or necessary repairs are discovered during the service process, we will notify you and request authorization before proceeding.

  Parts Sourcing: All replacement parts supplied by us are subject to supplier warranties where applicable. PAT does not manufacture vehicle parts.

3. Vehicle Sales & Inventory

  Inventory Accuracy: Vehicle listings, descriptions, mileage, and prices on our website are updated regularly but remain subject to prior sale and verification.

  Pre-Purchase Inspection: Buyers are encouraged to physically inspect or request a comprehensive diagnostic check before finalizing any vehicle purchase.

  Vehicle Hold / Reservation: Vehicles will not be reserved or held for a buyer without a formal written agreement and an agreed initial commitment fee.

4. Payment Terms & Official Channels

All payments for diagnostic tests, repairs, parts, or vehicle reservations must be settled via official Prosper Auto Technology business channels. We do not accept personal transfers to individual staff members or mechanics. Vehicles will only be released upon 100% settlement of confirmed invoices.

5. Vehicle Storage & Pickup

Clients are expected to collect their vehicles within 3 business days after being notified that repairs or servicing are complete. Vehicles left uncollected beyond this period without prior written approval may incur a daily storage fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

While your vehicle is in our facility, PAT exercises maximum care. However, PAT is not liable for loss or damage resulting from acts of God, unforeseen natural causes, pre-existing structural defects, or personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove all valuable personal belongings prior to handing over your car.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal dispute arising from our services shall be resolved under Nigerian jurisdiction.
